Terms of Service

1. The service

These terms govern the Plata casino platform — the website, the game lobby and the wallet. By creating an account or placing a bet you accept them; if you do not, do not use the platform.

2. Your account

• One account per person. Registrations are checked against e-mail address, device and network signals; duplicate accounts can be closed.
• You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
• Sign-in is by e-mail, Telegram, Google or X — the sign-in window shows which of these are switched on. Whoever controls that mailbox, Telegram account or Google/X account controls the casino account — keep them safe.
• A confirmed e-mail address is how support proves an account is yours if you lose access. Keep it current — it is also what a Google sign-in matches on: a Google account whose verified address is the same opens that account instead of creating a second one.

3. Balance, deposits and withdrawals

• Your balance is held in USD. Deposits arrive through the methods shown in the wallet; a crypto transfer (such as USDT on the TRON network) is credited after network confirmation.
• Withdrawals are paid in USDT to the address you provide. Double-check it: a transfer to a wrong address cannot be recalled.
• Per-account controls may apply: minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal amounts, a waiting period after a first deposit, and a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Where one applies, you are told at the moment the operation is refused.
• A withdrawal may require identity verification first — see the AML & KYC policy.

4. Bonuses

Every bonus carries the terms shown on its own offer card — wagering multiplier, maximum win, minimum deposit. What the card shows is what the campaign grants; there are no terms revealed only after claiming.

While a bonus is active, withdrawal is unavailable until its wagering requirement is met or the bonus is exhausted.

5. Game fairness (RNG)

All games are developed and hosted by third-party providers. A game round runs on the provider's own servers against the provider's random number generator; this platform does not run game logic and cannot influence or replay an outcome.

Each game's theoretical return to player (RTP) is set and published by its provider and recorded per game in the catalog.

6. Responsible gambling

7. Changes, refusals and contact

Accounts that break these terms — duplicate registration, fraud, abuse of bonuses — can be restricted or closed. These terms can change; the date at the top of the page is the version you are reading.
