Responsible gambling

These documents are working drafts pending review by counsel.

Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money or to solve a financial problem. If it stops feeling like entertainment, the controls below are real, and the support team applies them.

Signs worth taking seriously

  • Playing longer or for more than you planned
  • Chasing losses — betting to win back what you lost
  • Borrowing money, or using money meant for something else
  • Hiding how much you play from people close to you
  • Feeling anxious or irritable when you are not playing

Deposit limit

A cap on the size of any single deposit, enforced by the platform itself. A deposit above the cap is refused up front where the payment method allows it; a crypto transfer that has already arrived on-chain is credited but freezes the account for review instead of going into play.

Self-exclusion

On your request, support blocks your account — for a period you name, or indefinitely. The moment the block is set, every signed-in session is revoked, and deposits, play and withdrawals are all refused.

A block is lifted only after operator review, never automatically and never in the heat of the moment. That is the point of it.

How to set these

Write to the support chat and say what you want limited and for how long. Tightening a control is applied as soon as an operator processes it; removing one is reviewed, not rubber-stamped. Open support chat
