AML & KYC

These documents are working drafts pending review by counsel.
When verification is required
Withdrawals from an account flagged for verification are refused until the review completes. An account can be flagged by an operator, or automatically — for example, a crypto deposit that exceeds the account's configured deposit cap is credited, but the account is then held for review before further play or withdrawal.
Verification is handled through the support chat, person to person — there is no automated document upload.
What may be asked for
What the case actually needs: typically proof of identity, and for larger movements an explanation of the source of funds. Once the review is done, the flag is lifted — or the account stays restricted.
Reporting thresholds
Regulation requires reporting transactions above certain amounts. The thresholds are configured by the operator for the jurisdiction the platform runs under — they are settings, not numbers fixed in this document, which is why none are quoted here.
A movement in another currency is converted to its USD equivalent for the comparison; a movement that cannot be priced is treated as over the threshold rather than silently ignored.
One person, one account
The anti-fraud signals described in the privacy policy — e-mail, device, network — are used to find networks of related accounts. Splitting transactions across accounts to stay under reporting thresholds is treated as a reason for review in itself.
